Jonas Wagell
Jonas Wagell is a Swedish designer and architect, the studio currently focuses primarily on furniture design, Jonas’s passion remains multidisciplinary and the studio’s approach is highly varied.
Wagell entered the world of design through his interest in graphic design and typography, and this may have influenced his current work, characterised by a visual language that favours simple yet expressive and recognisable forms.
From his studio JWDA, located in a converted car repair shop in central Stockholm, Jonas Wagell designs everything from furniture and lighting to tableware and consumer accessories for renowned Scandinavian, Italian, American and Asian companies.
