Lors de notre p\u00e9riple gastronomique, nous avons eu le plaisir de d\u00e9couvrir Ca l\u2019Enric, un \u00e9tablissement qui incarne \u00e0 la fois la tradition culinaire catalane et l’innovation gastronomique. Adri\u00e0 Junc\u00e0, le p\u00e2tissier repr\u00e9sentant la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du restaurant Ca l\u2019Enric, nous a ouvert ses portes, accompagn\u00e9 de son oncle Jordi Junc\u00e0, le chef du restaurant. Ca l\u2019Enric est une v\u00e9ritable institution familiale o\u00f9 les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations se succ\u00e8dent avec passion pour offrir une exp\u00e9rience culinaire exceptionnelle.<\/p>\n
